* Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturers packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturers labeled packaging must be enclosed within an additional shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturers package. Please ship your parcel back freight prepaid and Insured. Sorry, IDF Tactical Logic cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments.

* No returns on all menufacture sealed items once opened.

* Refused order will be credit to the account, less freight charges.

* Please wait 8 days from date we received the package for us to process your return.

* All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA #, Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number and the nature of the problem.

* Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two 2 business days of receipt of merchandise.
